Our Story

Built on the belief that everyday food deserves extraordinary attention.

CHOMP HUB was founded on a simple conviction: the best bread, pastries, and pantry goods come from people who care deeply about ingredients, process, and the communities they serve.

Located at 1116 S Bristol St in the heart of Santa Ana, we are a combined bakery and grocery — a place where you can pick up a still-warm baguette on your way home, browse shelves stocked with carefully selected oils, vinegars, and staples, and leave with something that tastes like it was made just for you.

Every loaf is mixed, fermented, and baked on-site. Every pastry is laminated, filled, and finished by hand. And every product on our grocery shelves has been chosen because we would stock it in our own kitchen.
